The historic two-story building with full basement consists of the original 45 x 50 front portion built in 1917-18 for Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone, with a 1923 addition in the back, was renovated for a Breakfast-Brunch-Lunch Restaurant in downtown Casper.  The restaurant is housed on the main floor and offices spaces occupy the second floor.
