Lincoln Elementary School

New construction of 53,200 square foot K-5 elementary school completed in 2015 with estimated construction cost of $12 million.

The mechanical systems included indoor central station variable air volume air handlers with air side economizers.  Zoning was achieved with variable air volume terminal reheat.

The heating system includes a modular high efficiency condensing boiler plant design. Redundant variable speed system pumps, along with variable capacity scroll compressors for the chilled water system. Building automation is a BACnet system of interoperable direct digital controls.

The electrical systems are classroom and general area lighting design, power distribution, fire alarm, intercom, CCTV, and connections to mechanical and owner provided equipment.
