New 77,000 square foot K-5 Elementary School in Jackson, Wyoming constructed to accommodate 584 students and is home to the district’s dual immersion program for kindergarten through 5th grade. CMAR project delivery with Teton County School District #1, local contractors, and Wyoming design team. Completed in August 2018 with approximate construction costs of $23.1M.
The mechanical systems included indoor central station variable air volume air handlers with air side economizers. Zoning is achieved with a combination of radiant floors and variable air volume terminal reheat. The heating system includes a modular high efficiency condensing boiler plant design with redundant variable speed system pumps. A BACnet building automation systems provides digital control, energy management, and alarm monitoring of all systems.
