A cornerstone in the red brick exterior reads: St. Anthony’s Convent Marian Year 1954. The renovation, repurposed the old convent into a 16 unit luxury apartment building. The Marian incorporates exposed brick, metal beams and thick, concrete walls, preserving as many of the unique features of the building as possible.
